- Accepted file formats for submission include .psd, .png, and .svg. Remember to always have a transparent background in your design to prevent any unwanted elements from being printed.
- Make sure to submit your artwork in the exact print size required, our software will never resize your designs.
- Keep in mind that words smaller than 0.5 inches tall may not print clearly, and intricate details might not transfer well. Consider adding a stroke and thickening fine details for optimal results.
- Please be aware that DTF printing does not support transparency, drop shadows, or gradients, so it's essential to remove them from your design before submission.
- Check your colors in CMYK mode as we do not check or match colors; converting your file from RGB to CMYK using editing software can help you verify this.
- Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if your artwork does not meet our requirements.
