Order Cut-Off & Turnaround Time Policy
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Alberta time will have their turnaround time start on the following business day.
• Same Day: Within a few hours.
• Next Day: Ready within 24 hours
• Two Days: Ready within 48 hours
• Three Days: Ready within 72 hours
If you place an order at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, it will be considered a Wednesday order, and your turnaround time will begin on Wednesday. Your print will be ready based on the turnaround time you selected (1, 2, or 3 business days).
Weekends and statutory holidays are not included in turnaround times.

Great quality and very quick and reliable
I have been ordering DTF from July since moving here in 2023. I am thankful that Grande Prairie has a supplier in town, very convenient and she is such a sweetheart. I have always had excellent customer service and turnaround from her business.
We had an absolutely amazing experience working with July. It was our first time ever creating a gang sheet, or making our own t shirts. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and the image we uploaded and then slowly resized and repositioned across multiple gang sheets... was of poor quality and had a shadow of the original background showing. Not only did July catch this problem, contact us to confirm how we wanted to proceed. but once she realized we were in over our heads and on a time crunch, she went the extra mile to fix the issue herself, and we got our order in time to press 200 t-shirts for a car show we were attending. The transfer sheets were well packaged, high quality, and the transfers came out fantastic! Even though I had zero experience. 10 / 10. Amazing company, amazing owner. I cannot recommend it enough.
